Bring Your Own Group charters
Have your own group of friends and/or family you would like to sail with? Great - our group rates often reflect a significant discount from individual rates.
We offer three options for own group charters:

Skipper-only - our most popular option. It's a get-involved, adventure where everyone pitches in to help. Get your friends together and we'll customize a fun, active trip, where newbies can learn - and old salts are more than welcome to take the helm and tweak the sails as much as they like.
Fully crewed - add a first mate/cook to the mix for a totally laid-back charter. You are still very welcome to get involved with the sailing - and anything else you like. You'll just have the luxury of sitting back when you feel like it (and no dishes either!)

Cruise-in-company. Like the idea of sailing with us, but prefer to skipper your own boat? No problem. We'll find you a boat to suit your group, and you can cruise-in-company with us, with all the benefits of our invaluable local knowledge & contacts, technical backup - and of course, our fun SeaScape social scene!

Trip dates and routes

Please refer to our Med 2014 shareboat schedule for our sailing dates. We usually stay within this timeframe for our private groups also; but we can sometimes customise an itinerary. If you don't see the dates that suit you, just email us.
Our "own group" private charters often sail together with other SeaScape boats - which can be great social fun! Of course, this is not obligatory; it's entirely up to your group at the time.

Skippered Yachts

Our most popular option for active, hands-on people. You don't need previous sailing experience - just an enthusiasm for getting involved and being part of a team. Our SeaScape skippers are always happy to teach newbies - but equally happy to chill out and let any Old Salt take the helm as much as they like!

We provide provisions for breakfasts & lunches on board, plus open bar - everyone pitches in to the team spirit for meals & drinks.
Prices are in euros. Our usual trip durations are 6, 10 and 13 days.

Our trips are as inclusive as we can sensibly make them. For detailed inclusions, please see below.
For 10 day trips, embarkation time is normally 10.30am on day 1, disembarkation 9am on day 11. For 6 day trips, embarkation is 10.30am on day 1, disembarkation is 9am on day 7.
In the Sporades, our start day is Sunday; end Saturday.
In the Dodecanese and Turkey, our start day is Sunday, ending on Saturdays or Wednesdays, for 6 or 10 days charters.
These trip schedules are designed to fit in with local flight and ferry times.

Fully Crewed Charters

Love the idea of our easy-going ambiance on board, but washing a single dish just isn't what you do on vacation?Add a first mate/cook to the team, and the only reason you'll need to go into the galley is to help yourself to our open bar!

Adding a second team member doesn't change our basic SeaScape philosophy; it's still a fun, casual environment - you won't find us dressing up in any white crew shirts.
You are still more than welcome to get involved with the sailing as much as you like. Take the helm and learn from our crew; or just kick back and chill. Our crew will take care of breakfasts and lunches on board, cleanup too. We make no claims to be gourmet chefs - but we're great at fresh, healthy Mediterranean fare. Dinners are ashore at local tavernas; our crew can point you to all the best places.

First mate/cook	Add 140 Euro per day to the Skippered Charter rates above
Other additions to your trip	None! There are not other extras to figure into your charter, just get yourself there and we take care of the rest.
What's included on our skippered Seascape charters?
SeaScape Skipper	Informal sailing instruction available too, if desired
All boat running costs	Mooring fees, fuel, water, local taxes and end-of-trip cleaning
Breakfast & Lunches	When on the boat, on a help-yourself basis
Open bar	Soft drinks, local beers, wines & spirits
"Galley Service" charters also include
First mate/cook	To take care of breakfasts, lunches and general clean-up
What's not included
Airfares and transfers	Our local knowledge is at your service, though we don't direcly book travel
Personal insurance	We very highly recommend travel insurance, but it is not obligatory
Personal visas for Turkey	For most nationalities, obtained on entry- no need to apply in advance

It's a simple concept - "If it's on board, it's included. If it's ashore, it's up to you".
