Photo Gallery 2006
We tried to include all
of our last summer's guests, so photo gallery 2006 contains a
lot more photos than the previous years. They are organized in
the following categories:
On
the way... (180 photos)
Sailing is what everybody is looking forward to! With the stable
Ionian breeze, always pleasant and never too strong, sailing from
one island to the next is a wonderful and relaxing experience.
Whether you wanted to relax and sunbathe or you preferred to learn
and practice the art of sailing, this part of the cruise always
offers some unforgettable moments. We apologize for the
great number of photos under this heading, but it would be impossible
to accommodate all of our guests otherwise!
Anchored

The Ionian Sea has some of the most beautiful deserted islands
of the whole Mediterranean! Normally we set sail at 9.30 in the
morning and around 11 o'clock in the afternoon we stop in an isolated
bay for a few hours, to swim, snorkel, enjoy the crystal clear
waters and of course have lunch.

With some of the most picturesque villages in Greece, the Ionian
Islands are the ideal place to spend your evenings, enjoy the
scenery, wonder around the little alleys and have a cold beer
or some ouzo with the locals while enjoying the sunset. Normally
we are moored by 4 or 5 o'clock in the evening, so there is plenty
of time for sightseeing before it gets dark.
Caves...

Due to the volcanic origin of the Greek
Islands there is a big number of caves, most of which very impressive.
Some of them have their entrance from the land, some from the
sea and some even underwater! Here are some photos of the ones
that we visited last summer, either at the bays where we stopped
for lunch, or near the villages that we spent our evenings.
Nighttime... (70 photos)
The nights have always been a pleasure on our cruises, and here
are some nice memories from the summer of 2006. Whether it is
at a seaside taverna in the company of nice local wine, a bouzouki
night with greek dancing, a barbeque at the beach, or cocktails
on the deck of the yacht, it has always been great fun.
